By downloading, accessing, or using AstroSight, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Astronomical & Informational Nature

AstroSight provides mathematical planetary calculations based on the Swiss Ephemeris and classical Vedic astrological principles (Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra, Phaladeepika).

Astrological interpretations are provided for historical, educational, and introspective self-reflection. AstroSight is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, psychiatric, or financial counsel.

3. In-App Purchases & Credits

Feature credits and memberships are processed through Apple App Store In-App Purchases or Google Play Billing. All transactions adhere to the respective platform refund policies. Credits do not expire.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract proprietary computation algorithms or golden test sets from the application.

5. Limitation of Liability

AstroSight and Solenyx Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your reliance on astrological readings.

6. Governing Law
